Additional rules

Consistency RuleNo single trading day may exceed 30% of total profit before payout request.

Minimum Profitable DaysAt least 3 profitable trading days are required before payout eligibility.

Payout ProtectionAccounts showing gambling behavior, excessive all-in risk, or abnormal lot exposure may be manually reviewed before payout approval.

Maximum Simultaneous RiskTotal open risk across all positions must not exceed 4% at any moment.

Inactivity RuleAccounts inactive for 30 consecutive days may be suspended.

Automated Strategy / EA Accounts

Accounts using automated strategies, Expert Advisors (EAs), grid systems, martingale systems, recovery systems, or semi-automated execution are subject to additional risk management rules.

First-payout capThe firm reserves the right to limit the first payout amount on automated strategy accounts based on overall risk profile, consistency, and trading behavior.

The AI risk engine

Every active account is monitored in real time. Heartbeats land every 60 seconds; trade events are streamed at the moment they occur. Drawdown breaches are detected within 1 second; pattern violations (grid, HFT, hedge-x-account) are detected within 30 seconds.

Detection runs server-side on data we read from your broker via investor login — not from any software you install. Disputes are adjudicated against the audit log, which contains every trade, every heartbeat, and every state transition.
