Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tradova Funding, including our website at tradovafunding.com, our trader dashboard, our monitoring software and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). Tradova Funding is a brand of CJR TOP STRIKER LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St #50896, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Tradova Funding", "we", "us"). By purchasing an account, creating an account, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, the Rules, the Refund Policy, the Risk Disclosure and the Privacy Policy, all of which form part of these Terms.

1. Nature of the Services

Tradova Funding offers simulated trading accounts in two forms: 2-Step Challenges (a paid evaluation with two profit phases) and Instant Funding accounts (no evaluation phase; the account starts in the funded stage). All trading on accounts provided by Tradova Funding takes place on demo / simulated trading environments provided through a third-party broker. No real funds are traded by you on our accounts at any time. Profit-share payouts to qualifying traders are paid by Tradova Funding from its own funds, not from any client trading account. A simulated account is a service, not an investment, a deposit, or a trading account in your name.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must not be a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction in which our Services are prohibited or where we do not operate.
  • You must not be on any sanctions list maintained by the US Treasury (OFAC), the EU, the UK, or the UN.
  • You are responsible for determining whether participation is lawful where you live and for paying any taxes that apply to your earnings.
  • One person may hold accounts only under one identity. Accounts opened under another person's name are void.

3. Account structure and rules

Each account has the profit objectives, loss limits, payout terms and strategy rules published at /rules, which are part of these Terms. Loss limits are computed on a static-equity basis: the daily and total loss limits are measured against the start-of-day balance and the account starting balance respectively, not a trailing equity high. Automated strategy accounts are subject to the additional rules in the "Automated Strategy / EA Accounts" section of the Rules page.

Rule versions. The Rules as published at the time you purchased an account govern that account. We may amend the Rules for new purchases at any time. Material changes that would apply to existing accounts are announced on the dashboard at least 7 days before they take effect. We keep a record of every published version of the Rules and these Terms and rely on it in any dispute.

4. Prohibited strategies and monitoring

The following are not permitted on Tradova Funding accounts:

  • Grid trading and martingale lot-sizing, except on approved automated strategy accounts under the conditions on the Rules page. On automated strategy accounts, trades that are not placed by the approved automated strategy are held to the standard rules.
  • Trading within ±2 minutes of high-impact economic events.
  • High-frequency trading (more than 40 position opens per minute).
  • Hedging across multiple accounts under the same beneficial owner.
  • Latency arbitrage, tick scalping, exploiting pricing or platform errors, or any other abuse of the simulated environment.
  • Any trading prohibited by the broker or by applicable law.

Expert Advisors, including commercial signal services, are allowed as long as the strategy they execute complies with these rules.

We monitor every account continuously. A monitoring Expert Advisor ("EA") runs on servers we operate, connected to your account under an investor (read-only) password, and reports balance, equity, positions and trade events to us. Detected violations result in an automatic breach: the account is closed, the broker login is archived so that trading access ends, and any pending payout is forfeit. The audit log we keep (every trade, every heartbeat, every state change) is the record we rely on when a breach is disputed. Breaches are final unless we determine that a detection error occurred on our side.

5. Credentials and account access

After payment is confirmed we deliver the MT5 login, password and server for your simulated account to your registered email, normally within 24 hours. The account is provisioned by us at the broker and remains our property. You may not share, sell or transfer access to it, and you may not use it after we have closed it. If you choose to run our affiliated Trading AI Mind service on your Tradova Funding account, that service operates the account with the credentials we hold, under your instruction and its own terms.

6. Payouts

Funded traders may request payouts according to the cycle, minimum profit, profit split, consistency and review conditions published on the Rules page and the dashboard. Payouts are made in USDT (TRC-20) to the wallet set in your dashboard unless we agree otherwise in writing. Tradova Funding reviews each request and may take up to 7 business days to disburse. We may refuse or reduce a payout where rules were violated, identity verification is incomplete, or fraud or abuse is suspected, as described on the Rules page.

7. Fees and payment

Prices are listed on /pricing and include any payment-processor fees on our side. You can pay by card through Stripe, in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, or by another method agreed with our support team (for example a bank transfer). Where payment is made outside the website checkout, our staff record the order in your dashboard once the payment is confirmed. The terms of the payment processor you use also apply. Discount codes are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

8. Refunds and chargebacks

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for an account that has been delivered is a breach of these Terms; we will contest it with the evidence from our audit log and may close all of your accounts.

9. Support, reviews and other content you submit

You can reach us through the support tickets in your dashboard, which may include file attachments. You may also submit a review of the Services. Reviews are published only after our approval, together with the display name and country you provide, and must be truthful and based on your own experience. By submitting a review or other content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on our website and marketing materials, and you confirm you have the right to do so. We may decline or remove any submission.

10. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that breaches these Terms, violates the Rules, attempts to defraud us, files a chargeback in bad faith, or is inactive for 30 consecutive days. On termination, any pending profit share is voided and the broker login is archived.

11. Intellectual property

The Tradova Funding name, logo, monitoring software, dashboard and all related content are owned by CJR TOP STRIKER LLC. You receive a non-transferable licence to use them solely in connection with your account.

12. Disclaimers

Trading involves substantial risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not a broker, an investment adviser or a fund, we are not registered with any financial regulator, and we do not provide investment advice. 13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CJR TOP STRIKER LLC and its members, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, broker or hosting outages, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent court. Before starting any proceeding you agree to raise the matter with our support team and allow us 30 days to resolve it. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are not affected.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced on the dashboard at least 7 days before they take effect and the date at the bottom of this page is updated. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
