Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Tradova Funding collects, how we use it, whom we share it with, and your rights. It applies to tradovafunding.com, the trader dashboard, our monitoring software and all associated services. The data controller is CJR TOP STRIKER LLC, 30 N Gould St #50896, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, trading as Tradova Funding ("we", "us").

1. What we collect

Account data. Email, full name, optional Telegram handle, country, account password (hashed by our authentication provider).
Payment metadata.Order number, plan, amount, currency, payment method and the processor's reference (Stripe session, NOWPayments invoice, or a bank-transfer note recorded by our staff). We do not store card numbers; they stay with the payment processor.
Trading account credentials. The MT5 login, server and the passwords of the simulated account we provision for you at the broker. The investor (read-only) password is stored encrypted and is decrypted on our monitoring servers so that our monitoring terminal can log in to your account automatically.
Trading telemetry.Equity, balance, open positions, floating P&L, individual trade events (symbol, lot, side, ticket, time), MT5 build, EA version, server name and the IP address of the reporting terminal, sent to us by the monitoring EA and, where available, read from the broker's account history.
Payout data. The USDT (TRC-20) wallet address you set, payout requests and their outcome, and any identity information we request before a payout.
Support data. The contents of support tickets, emails and any files you attach (up to 5 files of 20 MB per message, stored in a private storage bucket that only you and our staff can open).
Reviews. The rating, text, display name and country you submit with a review. The display name and country are published with the review after approval.
Logs. Server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and debugging.

2. Why we collect it

To deliver the Services you paid for and to operate your simulated account (contract).
To enforce the Rules, detect prohibited strategies, investigate disputes and prevent fraud, including chargeback fraud (legitimate interest).
To process payouts and meet tax and record-keeping obligations (legal obligation).
To send transactional emails: account creation, MT5 credentials, breach notices, ticket replies, payout updates.
To publish reviews you choose to submit (consent).

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for behavioural advertising.

3. Sharing and sub-processors

We share the minimum necessary data with:

Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
Stripe — card payments and payment disputes.
NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payments.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Vercel — web hosting; Fly.io — hosting of our monitoring worker.
Virtual server providers — the Windows servers on which our monitoring terminals run; they host the terminal, not a copy of your account data.
Sentry — application error tracking, with known personal fields scrubbed before storage.
Telegram — alerts to our own staff only; we never push your data to public channels.
The brokeron whose demo servers your simulated account runs (currently Exness). The account is opened by us; the broker's systems process your trading activity on it.
Trading AI Mind — our affiliated automated-trading service, operated by the same company. If you use Trading AI Mind and select Tradova Funding as your prop firm there, Trading AI Mind retrieves from us, by your account email and MT5 login, the list of your accounts, their status, and the MT5 login, server and password of the account you chose, in order to run your bot on it. It also reports its own heartbeats and trades on that account under its own Privacy Policy.

4. Retention

Account, order, trading and payout data: while your account is open and 6 years thereafter for tax, audit and dispute purposes.
Support tickets and attachments: for the life of your account and 2 years thereafter.
Server logs: up to 90 days.
Email delivery records: 12 months.
Published reviews: until you ask us to remove them.

5. Your rights (GDPR and similar laws)

Depending on where you live, you may request to:

access the data we hold on you;
correct inaccurate data;
delete data we no longer need to retain by law;
receive your data in a machine-readable format;
object to processing based on legitimate interest;
withdraw consent to a published review.

Email privacy@tradovafunding.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.

6. Security

MT5 passwords and payment-processor secrets are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with keys we control. Support attachments live in a private bucket and are served only through short-lived signed links. Access to production systems and monitoring servers is restricted to our operators and is logged. We use TLS for all data in transit. We will notify you within 72 hours of any confirmed breach affecting your data.

7. International transfers

We are a US company and our processors operate in the United States and the EU. Where EU or UK data-protection law requires it, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

9. Children

The Services are not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We post material changes on this page and notify you by email at least 7 days before they take effect.
