Risk Disclosure

Forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. With real capital you can lose more than your initial investment.

This disclosure is issued by CJR TOP STRIKER LLC, trading as Tradova Funding, and forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Simulated trading is simulated

Tradova Funding accounts, both 2-Step Challenges and Instant Funding, are conducted on demo / simulated trading environments provided through a third-party broker. Performance achieved on a simulated account is not a reliable indicator of performance you would achieve trading the same strategy with real capital. Live trading exposes you to factors that a demo does not faithfully reproduce: slippage, requotes, broker liquidity, tighter margin enforcement, and the psychological pressure of real risk.

2. Profit-share is not a salary

Reaching the "Funded" stage, whether by passing an evaluation or by purchasing an Instant Funding account, does not guarantee a payout. You must continue to comply with the Rules. Most participants do not reach a payout, and most who do reach one do not earn meaningful or repeatable income from this activity. The purchase price of an account is a fee for a service and is not an investment.

3. Leverage

MT5 demo accounts may offer leverage well in excess of what is responsible to use with real capital. High leverage can produce rapid drawdowns and a breached account within minutes. You are responsible for sizing positions appropriately.

4. Automated strategies

If you run an Expert Advisor on your account, including our affiliated Trading AI Mind service, you remain fully responsible for its trades, for keeping them within the Rules, and for the outcome. Grid, martingale and recovery strategies can produce very large drawdowns and are permitted only on approved automated strategy accounts under the additional rules published on the Rules page.

5. We do not provide investment advice

Tradova Funding is not a broker, an investment adviser, a fund or a financial planner, and is not registered with any financial regulator. Nothing on this site, on the dashboard, on social channels, or in our communications constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice. Decisions about whether and how to trade are entirely yours.

6. No guaranteed availability

The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, hosting failures, broker outages, or third-party provider issues, and our monitoring servers may lose their connection to your terminal. We do not refund an account that fails during such an outage outside our reasonable control; we may, at our discretion, grant a free retry where the issue is clearly on our side.

7. Tax and reporting

Any payout is your taxable income. You alone are responsible for reporting and paying any tax owed where you live. We may request identifying information for compliance and may share it with tax authorities where legally required.

8. Past performance and testimonials

Any results, testimonials, reviews, win rates, or trader stories shown on marketing surfaces (homepage, reviews page, social, ads) are not typical, are not promises, and are not a basis on which to expect similar results yourself.

9. Acknowledgment

By purchasing or using an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure, and that any decision to trade (simulated or live) is your own.
